Mr. Fanucchi's practice focuses on a wide range of commercial litigation, including oil and gas litigation. Mr. Fanucchi represents heavy equipment dealers, suppliers, real estate companies, construction companies, and other business owners.
Mr. Fanucchi also represents clients in lawsuits concerning product liability, insurance defense, bankruptcy, DTPA/warranty actions, collection matters, and a litany of other complex commercial disputes.
