Mr. Wade Caldwell's practice has included a wide range of oil and gas law and commercial litigation with an emphasis on representation of mineral and land owners, heavy equipment dealers, real estate, construction, DTPA, collection litigation, and other complex commercial disputes. He is the Past-President of the National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO).
Mr. Caldwell also has substantial experience in class actions, employment, product liability, antitrust, insurance and bankruptcy litigation.
Mr. Caldwell has extensive trial experience and was previously the managing member of CCFF from 2007-2016. He is recognized by BL Rankings in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and Oil and Gas Law for 2018-2020, and is recognized by Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers for Energy & Natural Resources Law for 2021-2022. He is also recognized as one of San Antonio’s Top Attorneys in Oil and Gas by San Antonio Magazine.
