Clinton M. Malloy
LITIGATION
Clinton M. Malloy’s practice primarily focuses on litigation.
Prior to joining Caldwell East & Finlayson, Mr. Malloy worked for over nine years as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Bexar County, gaining significant courtroom experience along the way. During his time with the D.A.’s office he acquired extensive first-chair jury trial experience, having prosecuted cases from misdemeanors to complex felonies such as sexual assault and murder. Mr. Malloy also brings valuable advocacy skills from having spent most days in court negotiating plea bargains and arguing before the court.
